Today was a "GMR" (Glendora Mountain Road) day. Don had to take care of other things and so did Alex so it was just Mike and I.
I GMR's 4.8% average grade in 44 minutes 26 seconds. That's about a minute faster than my best from a few months ago. While I'm not so excited about dropping a minute off the time, I am enthusiastic that I went up the 7.5 miles and didn't feel too spent upon reaching the top. It told me 3 things; resting 3 days before today helped, I could have gone harder, and I'm most likely riding more efficiently.
There's not much to write about today. School is in full swing. I'm about a third of the way through this term already and thoroughly enjoying my intro. to Visual Basic programming class. Programming is fun overall. It's a shame debugging syntax errors can be such a pain in the butt.
