Mike and I will be riding down to San Diego tomorrow and taking the Amtrak back up. The route is here. Click that link and you can zoom in and manipulate the map to see the route in detail.
We will see how things go tomorrow after the ride. It's about a 2 hour train ride back to the car. I'd take my camera but I'm not bringing a Camelback or anything since I've added stops along the way on the route slip.
