I rode yesterday and got rained on 3 miles from being home. Today I didn't trust the clouds since it kind of rained off and on all day. Instead I chose to go run. I went for a 7.6 mile run around Bonelli. I ran the best avg. pace in the two times I've run that distance on that course. My average pace was 8:06 min/mile. The pace per mile was:
Mile 1- 8:18
Mile 2- 8:16
Mile 3- 8:04
Mile 4- 8:07
Mile 5- 8:13
Mile 6- 8:19
Mile 7- 7:57
Mile 7.6- 7:50
My legs are a bit sore but that's to be expected. Otherwise, I feel perfectly fine! =)
