More information about next weekend's clinic

Here's the email which gives more in depth information and links for those interested in what this clinic is about and some of the people behind it. I plan on bringing my camera so we'll see what photos can be taken.

Dear Triathlete:

Please accept my apology if you're not from (or proximate to) California. Of course, if you're not from California, we're within an hour of major airports ;-)

The purpose of this email is this: we need to get a rough count of attendees, so below this event description I'll ask you to flip a return to me if you plan to attend.

As you might know, we're hosting FISTapalooza on Sat/Sun, March 21/22. F.I.S.T. Is the acronym for Fit Institute Slowtwitch, and it's our system for tri bike fit. While we hold 8 workshops every year for retailers and manufacturers, teaching them how to fit their customers aboard their tri bikes, on this one weekend we turn our attention to end users.

So all day long, Saturday and Sunday I, John Cobb, Paul Swift, Jordan Rapp, and other FIST instructors will be here fitting triathletes to their bikes.

Additionally, there will be group rides each day at 10AM, and runs at 2PM, including the Big Pines throw-down (a Palomar-style climb in length and elevation for those who're up for a world class ascent).

You may camp on the property for no charge. Email me and let me know if you need tent space. We'll cater you a continental breakfast of coffee, muffins and pastries. Or you can stay at "Monty's" B&B, which is part of the Slowtwitch compound.
