It turns out Don loved Piru more than I thought. Our time trialing out there is now a competition. I guess I better gear more of my bike time to power and steady state intervals on the trainer.
I've also decided to compete in the Camarillo Duathlon on the 24th of this month...the day before Memorial Day. I guess that means I better get in a few runs before then too. I've been bad about running as much as I should lately. I'll go run tomorrow and put in the TT dvd Thursday.
